The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for a motivated, organized, and dynamic Generalist, People & Culture to join our growing organization for a one year contract, reporting to the Business Partner, People Programs & Experience, to support the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and early‑talent recruitment programs. In this role, you’ll be the face of our HR programs, welcoming new employees to Picton and helping shape their experience from day one.

You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding, administer benefits and payroll changes, support performance management and policy governance, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. You’ll play a key role in elevating both candidate and employee experiences, while keeping our processes efficient, data accurate, and HR programs running smoothly.

The expected base salary for this role is $60,000–$70,000, with the final number depending on your experience, skills, education, and team budget. On top of that, you’ll be eligible for our discretionary bonus program.
