Position: General Manager – High-volume
We’re Hiring a General Manager for our downtown Toronto location!Are you a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members? We’re looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and take charge of its success!
What You’ll Do:

Champion a culture of fun, energy, and enthusiasm across the restaurant.

Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow sales and maintain profitability.

Foster a supportive environment by coaching, developing, and retaining top talent.

Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on guest and team satisfaction.

Excellent communication and the ability to motivate a diverse team.

A passion for hospitality, a love for great food and drinks, and a commitment to ensuring a fun atmosphere for everyone.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $90,000–$95,000 plus a generous annual bonus structure of $20,000–$25,000.
