Our passion is to help people improve their well‑being — and that starts with supporting the providers who deliver care to our members every day. Reporting to Yiwen Sim, Group Product Manager, you will play a key role within the Provider Stream, whose mission is to enable Dialogue’s care providers to deliver world‑class care through efficient, intuitive, and scalable tools.

In this role, you will own and deliver high‑impact initiatives on our Care Platform, working on core workflows and platform capabilities that support care delivery and service operations. Your work will directly improve care provider experience, reduce operational friction, and help ensure members receive timely, high‑quality care.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Service Operations, Clinical and others) to identify opportunities that improve Care Provider and Member experiences.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Scrum team to define, prioritize, and ship impactful solutions for Care Providers and operational teams.
  • Engage deeply with internal stakeholders and end users to understand their needs, validate problems, and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize product goals using a hypothesis‑driven approach, balancing user value, operational impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for your initiatives, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of shipped features against clear user, operational, and business outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, actionable requirements and narratives that align teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven experience in product management or as a product owner with a track record of success in owning the whole product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies, including experience leading Scrum teams, in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong user‑centric mindset and a passion for delivering great impact for customers and the business value.
  • Strong data‑centric mindset, eager to analyze product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Humble confidence and an open‑minded, flexible approach to problem‑solving.
  • Experience with testing and experimentation as part of product development is a strong asset.
Benefits
  • Access to the Dialogue app and virtual mental health support for you and your family.
  • Fully funded insurance, a health spending account, dental coverage, and fitness reimbursement.
  • 4 weeks vacation, 9 wellness days, and 1 volunteer day.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days/week in our Montreal or Toronto offices, excluding remote roles.
  • Work abroad up to 4 weeks/year.
  • Incentive plans, referral bonuses & RRSP matching.
  • Learning via Coursera, external training budget & mentorship.
  • Optional parental leave top‑up.
