About the Opportunity- Data Analysis & Forecasting:
Evaluate historical trends, supply inputs, and processing capacity to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels. - Inventory Management:
Develop and execute strategies to reduce excess inventory, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee transfers across multiple warehouse locations. - Supply Chain Coordination:
Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to manage lead times, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth product flow from acquisition to storage or delivery. - System & Process Improvement:
Leverage inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) to identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support testing of new processes. - Reporting:
Prepare and deliver accurate reports on inventory performance, KPIs, and operational issues to leadership, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and other data analysis tools. - Analytical
Skills:
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, demand forecasting, and statistical analysis. - Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively across functions. - Materials Management
Experience:
Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics principles, and materials management operations, with proven ability to implement practical solutions that positively impact organizational performance.
