The Job

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Specialist, Business Process Transformation to support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance. In this role, you’ll analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement impactful solutions that streamline how MFSG operates. This is a highly collaborative position that works cross‑functionally with business units and technology teams to optimize workflows, support automation opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

How

You’ll Make an Impact
  • Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Partner with technology teams to explore automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, workflow tools).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
  • Design and track metrics to monitor process performance and ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Support change management and adoption of new processes across departments.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations, or project coordination—ideally within financial services.
  • 1–3 years of experience with data analysis, benefit analysis, and building business cases.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives that drive business growth and enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with RPA or low‑code automation tools (e.g., Power Apps, SharePoint, Blue Prism) is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
