Our teams partner with emerging biopharma and biotech companies to help develop a deeper understanding of patients and market dynamics from clinical through commercial stages. We are currently seeking a Proposal Consultant to join our team in support of both new and existing client relationships.
The Consultant, Proposal Strategy role is a crucial sales enablement position supporting IQVIA's Emerging Biopharma customer segment. The incumbent in this position will partner closely with both Principals from our Consulting division and the EBP sales team to execute proposal creation for deals that strategically integrate multiple solutions from within IQVIA.

Le rôle de consultant, Stratégie de proposition est un poste crucial de facilitation des ventes soutenant le segment de clientèle émergent d’IQVIA dans le secteur biopharmaceutique. Le titulaire de ce poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de notre division Consultation et l’équipe de vente EBP pour assurer la création de propositions pour des transactions qui intègrent stratégiquement plusieurs solutions au sein d’IQVIA.
InThis Role You Will
- Work closely with senior team members across the entire spectrum of services that IQVIA offers to precommercial and small pharma companies
- Develop customer-focused consultative proposals that tell a cohesive, logical story
- Execute the process of responding to RFPs from end to end
- Support enablement of the EBP sales team by developing and maintaining templates, playbooks, best practices, and other artifacts
- Drive continuous improvement in value that EBP IST brings to the broader IQVIA EBP team
- Coordinate the development of proposals and client solutions; includes developing documentation to use when briefing internal stakeholders on the opportunity, clearly communicating timelines, deadlines, and expectations of internal stakeholders, driving team understanding of the high-level market landscape by leveraging internal resources and available research
- Aid EBP Proposal Strategy Principal and sales leads in bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders to discuss RFP responses and develop integrated IQVIA solutions
- Develop proposal storyboard and PowerPoint/Word document to support internal stakeholders in content development
- Arrange and lead core response team check-ins, project manage the proposal process to ensure high-quality proposals are submitted on time with deliverable-focused milestones and relevant senior reviewers as applicable
- Create high quality PowerPoint slides to pull through strategic direction of storyboard
- Refine/edit PowerPoint slides generated by subject matter experts to deliver proposals with singular IQVIA voice
- Perform final QC/editing of proposals with maximum attention to detail
- Coordinate logistics, check-ins, and rehearsals with internal stakeholders for proposal presentations
- Curate, maintain, and share library of templates, best-in-class slides, case studies, and other proposal tools to maximize proposal creation efficiency across sales team
