** What you'll do:
** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager for eCommerce Order and Inventory Management for a 15 month contract. In this pivotal role, you will help shape strategy, ensure financial integrity, and drive seamless product delivery within our dynamic fulfillment team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to report key performance indicators (KPIs) and champion continuous improvement across our order and inventory management processes.###
** Strategic Planning
*** Partner with senior management to define and execute the eCommerce order and inventory management strategy.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Develop strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Guide the team in crafting data-driven storylines and measurable outcomes.###
** Product Delivery
*** Collaborate with business, digital, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.
* Develop solutions to optimize available-to-sell inventory, distribution center utilization, split shipments, automated ordering, and save-the-sale initiatives.
* Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.###
** Financial Integrity
*** Ensure accurate tracking of product costs across inventory and order management.
* Work with finance teams to analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory and order management.###
** KPI Reporting
*** Define, track, and report on KPIs measuring order and inventory management success.
* Create dashboards and regular reports to provide operational insights for stakeholders.
* Leverage data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making.###
** Cross-Functional Collaboration
*** Serve as a liaison between product management, business, digital, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams.
* Facilitate communication and alignment across departments for cohesive strategy execution.
* Lead cross-functional meetings to review performance metrics, address challenges, and brainstorm solutions.##

* What you bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (required).
* 2+ years of experience in product management or eCommerce operations.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
* AI literacy:
Understanding how AI can optimize inventory, order management, and customer experience.
* Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and financial integrity.
* Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, AI) are a plus.

Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $131,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
