Detailer - Aviva AutoCare Centre

is an innovative new collision repair facility that is transforming the customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated In this role, you will be responsible for the final cleaning, preparation, and presentation of vehicles following body, paint, and structural repairs. This role ensures every repaired vehicle is returned to the customer in pre-accident or better condition, meeting strict cleanliness and quality standards required by the collision industry.

The ideal candidate is detail focused, efficient, and understands the importance of vehicle presentation in customer satisfaction and insurance-driven repair cycles. Experience in automotive detailing is preferred, especially in a collision repair environment.  Ability to identify defects in paint and bodywork

Ability to stand, bend, or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in fast-paced environments

Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Time management and ability to meet delivery deadlines
* The salary band for this position ranges from $40,000 to $55,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
