Parts Coordinator - Aviva AutoCare Centre

We’re not just fixing vehicles – we're removing barriers and helping our customers get back to what matters most, faster and easier than ever before.  We are looking for a dedicated Parts Coordinator to be an integral part of the daily operations at our In this role, you will proactively manage the process of ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

You will contribute to the customer’s experience and satisfaction through ensuring the accuracy and quality of the parts received in a timely manner as outlined in the production schedule and vehicle needs. Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders confirming quality, correctness and quantity of parts received1-3 years of experience working in automotive industry

Effectively manage a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking ability while working under pressure

Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferred

Proven experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

*** The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
