You will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, ensuring that every repair meets the highest standards of excellence for Aviva’s customers.
Coordinate and supervise the work of mechanics and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards Make decisions based on knowledge and data Post-secondary education Minimum of 5 years of experience in the auto repair industry
Prior leadership experience with outstanding coaching skills Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferred
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
** What You’ll get:
*** The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
