Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Automotive Internal Operations & Tower Control role
. This position plays a key part in coordinating internal vehicle operations and ensuring smooth communication between sales, service, and detailing departments.

• Managing internal vehicle movement and workflow (“tower control”).
• Coordinating vehicle preparation between sales, service, and detail departments.
• Monitoring vehicle status to ensure timely delivery and readiness.
• Assisting with inventory organization and internal vehicle logistics.
• Maintaining accurate internal tracking and communication across departments.
• Supporting overall dealership operational efficiency.

• Previous dealership or automotive industry experience a must, at least 2 year.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
