The Estimator’s primary responsibility is creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and communicating with insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage, documents parts needed, and works with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and required repairs.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Maintain accurate ASE records for every customer interaction.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team.
• Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate, etc.).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of estimating experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role.

• Experience using Mitchell and Qapter.
• Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast‑paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license required.

$55,600 - $85,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
