Experienced Automotive Service/Parts Advisor

Being pioneer in subprime automotive industry with established track record in sales, service and finance, we are looking to expand our team of professionals to meet ever increasing demand.

Our company is growing rapidly, so we would require a high-qualified, motivated, and achievement-oriented individual who can grow with us and excel the business to next level.

Duties and Qualifications:

• Must have parts ordering experience
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work for mechanics
• Manage and coordinate the Service Department
• Create and update work orders and finalize invoices
• Order and return parts
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer service
• Manage inbound customer calls and make outbound order calls
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have previous experience in automotive dealership and automotive industry
• Must have a valid G drivers license
• Familiar with Mitchell 1 automotive repair software

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Parts ordering experience: 2 years (Required)
• Automotive service advisor: 2 years (Required)
• Mitchell 1 software (Intermediate to advanced)

Licence:

• G Class Driver's Licence (Required)
