We are looking for a detailer to pre‑wash vehicles, clean and detail all assigned vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer, and complete general repair facility cleaning responsibilities while working with all team members to achieve the repair facilities KPIs.

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment
• Polishes, dries and cleans vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Protects and preserves automobile exterior by buffing, polishing and applying waxes
• Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
• Shop is kept clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
• Maintains a clean and organized parking lot at all times
• Power washes the shop floor to reduce appearance of dirt as required
• Maintains and organizes the vehicles in the parking lot daily (incl. keys, floor mats and RO signs)
• Consistently implements the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met and contributing to the shop’s efficiency and a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Works effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multi‑tasking abilities while working under pressure

• Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50 lbs of materials
• Valid driver’s license required

$17.60 ‑ $22 per hour. Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
