We’re looking for our next Executive Assistant. Could It Be You?The Executive Assistant will provide professional executive support to the Chief Client Officer (CCO). As a proven high‑achiever and polished professional, you have exceptional time management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be positive and resourceful with an energetic demeanor and a proven track record of anticipating needs and providing outstanding executive assistance.

- Provide high‑level administrative partnership to the CCO, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and acting as a primary gatekeeper and liaison for their direct reports.
- Lead the end‑to‑end coordination of meetings and conferences—overseeing venue logistics, catering, agenda preparation, and the distribution of minutes and actionable follow‑ups.
- Draft professional correspondence and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce high‑impact PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations.
- Manage significant special projects and departmental reports independently, ensuring all deliverables and "ad hoc" requests are completed on schedule.
- Regularly review standard departmental deliverables and progress, and take appropriate action to ensure timely completion of all department tasks.
- Handle sensitive files and internal/external reporting with strict confidentiality and organized record‑keeping.

- Have a post‑secondary degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and 5+ years of experience supporting executive‑level leadership.
- Have advanced skills in G‑Suite, MS Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable adopting new technologies quickly.
