Location: Old TorontoYou're a natural multi-tasker
We're looking for a motivated hotel management intern who's ready to contribute when needed, and who can keep pace in a dynamic work environment! This aspiring professional will have the opportunity to familiarize himself/herself with a multitude of hotel management tasks: coordinating human resources activities, planning projects, participating in various types of meetings, analyzing data, purchasing and receiving materials, etc., in addition to developing personal skills on a daily basis.
We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel Germain Mercer Toronto for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this March 2026.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist the management team in the management of hotel projects.Participate in daily operations by producing reports, planning operations, communications, preparing presentations, printing documents, managing expense accounts, etc.Participate in weekly meetings, draft minutes and ensure various follow-ups.Respond cordially, promptly and efficiently to various assigned calls and e-mails.Know and apply the hotel's policies, procedures and service, safety and hygiene standards.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Current hospitality student or similar program, an assetExcellent oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude and natural customer service orientationAbility to adapt to different leadership stylesExcellent oral and written communication skillsQuick and efficient handling of requests and problemsDesire to be familiar with all hotel events, activities and servicesKnowledge of the Office suite and general computer skillsWHAT WE OFFER
