** Senior Administrative Professional (Contract)
** to join our team,

* The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
* Assist Partners in managing client files by proactively monitoring, tracking and following up on outstanding client files
* Quality control regarding visual presentation of financial statements, proof-reading, check additions and cross-referencing
* Administrative support to financial statement and tax return production for clients including assembling, issuing and e-filing
* Manage client invoices, client and contact databases, filing, time and expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etc
* Coordinate details related to meetings, including set-up and catering etc.
* Prepare administrative reports and other correspondence ensuring high quality and accuracy in all documents and compliance with company standards
* Provide assistance to the receptionist as required
* Provide support to team members as required

** Your experience and education
*** You have a minimum of 4 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
* You ideally have previous experience working in an accounting or professional services firm although not required
* You are proficient with MS Office; experience with Workday software would be considered a significant asset but not required
* You enjoy working within a professional office environment
* You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
* You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
* The expected range of compensation for this role is $45,000.00 - $75,000.00
