BMO is currently sourcing for a Junior Support Analyst to support the Digital Transformation & Strategy team.
This is a hybrid contract role in Toronto (2 days in office per week).
Role Overview:
The Junior Support Analyst will provide administrative and ticketing support to the Digital Transformation & Strategy team. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing project activities, handling service tickets, and supporting leadership with calendar and email management. This position contributes to the smooth operation of a high-volume environment within a Capital Markets context.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule team meetings and events
Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Triage and follow up on service tickets and reporting
Manage the Director’s calendar and email flow
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Process access requests and software/hardware purchases
Must-Have
Skills:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume environment
Proficiency in email and calendar management tools
Experience coordinating team meetings and events
Knowledge of ticketing and reporting processes
Ideal Candidate:
Background in banking or Capital Markets
Previous experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator
Strong exposure to stakeholder management and interaction
