Recruiting Assistant – Phone, Email, and CRM Follow-Up
Description:
I’m seeking a professional recruiting assistant to help me build my team using resume leads and my in-house tracking system (TMS). This is a performance-driven role with daily activity expectations.
- Call Career Builder resume leads (provided).
- Verify contact information, introduce the opportunity, and invite prospects to review a short overview video.
- Send follow-up emails/texts using provided templates.
- Log and update every contact in the contact management system with accurate statuses.
- Focus on generating qualified guest accounts (prospects who review the overview).
- Clear and confident phone presence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up.
- Ability to track progress and meet daily activity goals.
- Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus but not required — training and scripts are provided.
Long-term, consistent work with clear systems and expectations.
A professional partnership with ongoing support.
