Our client, a large and highly reputable investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis with strong potential to transition into a permanent opportunity.

This role offers an excellent chance to gain exposure within a respected organization and is ideal for a polished professional looking to establish long-term growth within the investment and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar and inbox management.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and executive-level presentations.
  • Arrange travel, including detailed itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Support meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up action items.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within financial services, investment, or corporate environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
