Position: Senior Administrative Professional, Transfer Pricing - 14 month contract position

Your Opportunity

Our Transfer Pricing Team is seeking a highly adaptable and flexible Senior Administrative Professional who thrives in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be willing to take on challenges, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is for an existing vacancy where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization and own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Partners and team members across Canada, including generating reports, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support client onboarding by performing conflict checks, setting up profiles in internal systems, and maintaining up‑to‑date client information.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects or assignments.
  • Prepare, track and distribute invoices.
  • Perform general office tasks and other administrative support as required, such as handling email inquiries, filing, printing, mailing, and courier coordination.

Your Experience And Education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Microsoft CRM and Workday is an asset.
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and client service.
  • Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
