What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Managing Director & Head of Global Capital Markets and two Senior Managing Directors and their teams
  • Act as a key liaison between Capital Markets leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
  • Partner with administrative peers and support functions to ensure seamless alignment across Investments and the Office of the CIO
  • Manage complex, frequently changing calendars and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Oversee all aspects of domestic and international travel
  • Manage end-to-end expense reporting via Concur and support Finance on reconciliations
  • Administer Bloomberg and other data-feed platform access, monitor usage, handle internal cost allocations and maintain vendor relationships and contract records
  • Collaborate with two Administrative Assistants in the Investments Division to streamline processes
  • Assist in preparing governance materials and internal reporting documentation
  • Support onboarding, training logistics, and engagement initiatives for team members within Capital Markets
  • Track action items and contribute to continuous operational improvement within the Office of the CIO
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of executive-level administrative support in capital markets, pension investment management, or financial services
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Proven ability to support multiple senior executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint) and Concur
  • Strong project coordination, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Detail‑oriented, professional, and service‑driven
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Experience building trusted relationships across diverse teams
