A mid-size law firm in downtown Toronto is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to support their employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role, particularly in litigation, and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office 365. This hybrid position requires 3 days in-office work. Responsibilities include managing client files, providing administrative support, and maintaining high-quality work.
