Tamakwa is hiring an office assistant for summer 2026!

The Summer Office Staff role calls for an individual with a welcoming demeanour, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Administrative experience is considered an asset. This role is for the duration of the Summer Camp Season (mid June – August) at Camp Tamakwa in Algonquin Park.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Organized and detail oriented

Enjoys working with children

Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manor

Founded in 1936, Camp Tamakwa is a coed children’s overnight summer camp located in beautiful Algonquin Provincial Park. We offer a diverse in-camp program with over 20 activities as well as a canoe tripping program.
