SummaryWe are looking to hire a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Workplace Experience team. This position is open to candidates based in Toronto and is required to be in-office Monday to Friday. The role reports directly to the Toronto Office Manager and is part of the global WX team that manages Clio spaces, designs solutions for facility concerns, shares knowledge, and creates a unique workplace experience for all.
Whatyou’ll work on
- Front office management and reception—visitor and employee sign‑in, access systems, mail, shipping/receiving.
- Welcome employees and guests, conduct site tours and way finding.
- Maintain office space: well‑stocked, clean, light cleaning of communal areas.
- Identify facilities deficiencies, coordinate repairs, track status.
- Maintain regular facility inspections, keep inspection records, coordinate with building services.
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate internal and external events (company meetings, mixers, holiday parties, socials).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (People, IT, OCEO) to align workplace policies and programs.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and structural inspections.
- Support physical security: secure systems, site access badges, liaison with IT/Security.
- Assist with OH&S program coordination and record‑keeping.
- Manage workplace technology systems (AV, video conferencing).
- Liaise with vendors for F&B, socials, office supplies.
- Track and process workplace experience expenses through internal software.
- Collect and maintain data to measure program effectiveness.
- 1–3 years experience in office coordination, workplace experience, facilities, hospitality, or operations.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize many tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; service‑oriented approach.
- Comfortable being onsite and visible point of contact for employees, guests, vendors.
- Proactive issue identification and solution follow‑through with escalation as needed.
- Experience with workplace tools and systems (Google Workspace, Slack, ticketing, expense tools).
- Attention to detail and pride in creating welcoming spaces.
- Enthusiasm for improving craft with AI.
- Previous experience in a tech or high‑growth company.
- Familiarity with access control, visitor management, or AV/meeting room tech.
- Exposure to workplace safety programs or compliance documentation.
- Experience supporting events or on‑site activations.
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Clio offers competitive, equitable salary and top‑tier health, dental, and vision insurance. The expected salary range for this role is CAD 60,900 to 82,500. Additional benefits include:
