As a Client Services Associate, you will work closely with a senior leader, acting as an extension of their office and supporting both executive priorities and the smooth operation of a dynamic advisory practice.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll act as a right‑hand partner to a senior executive by managing calendars, meetings, priorities, and time‑sensitive communications.
  • In this role, you’ll draft correspondence, letters, and documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional judgment.
  • You’ll support client onboarding by coordinating engagement documentation and maintaining accurate client and job records.
  • You’ll oversee office administration, serving as a central point of coordination for internal operations and team needs.
  • You’ll assist with billing, job setup, and financial documentation, supporting the firm’s accounting and automation tools.
  • You’ll contribute to special projects, including due diligence initiatives, data room management, and report preparation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Client Services role within professional services.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, billing processes, and financial documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and responsive, with strong business judgment.
