PositionSummary
The Administrative Assistant supports day‑to‑day campus operations, ensuring efficient office functions and excellent service to students and staff.
Location: CDI College – Scarborough
Compensation: $35,000‑$38,000 annually
Job Type: Ongoing Fulltime
Shift Type: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday

- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, scheduling, correspondence)
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and cleanliness
- Coordinate meetings, events, and interdepartmental communication
- Assist with campus events such as orientation
- Uphold college policies and standards with professionalism
- Support department‑specific tasks (e.g., Finance, Admissions)
- High school diploma; additional office or customer service training an asset
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with accuracy.
