Job Purpose
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Responsibilities
Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing scheduleMaintaining the funding/Chattel/Payouts for Audi Downtown and Audi York.Posting and maintaining the licensing schedule.Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases- 180 and CDK.Posting Deals
- New, Used, Wholesale.Managing external warranty, schedule review and payment submissionManaging rebates and submissions.Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.Qualifications
Minimum of one year of related industry experience.Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset.College Diploma or University Degree.Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.Proficient with CDK and/or Reynolds systems; ability to operate PC-based software, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Strong attention to detail.Dealership Experience RequiredPersonal Attributes
