Bookkeeper​/Intermediate Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and support accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with accounting software while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across departments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Record daily transactions, including invoices, bills, payments, and receipts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Liaise with accountants, auditors, and internal teams as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Zoho Books)
• Strong Excel / Google spreadsheet skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working with multiple entities or high transaction volumes
• Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis and data integration is a plus
