Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About the Opportunity

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices and credits in a timely manner
• Manage accounts receivable, including collections of past-due accounts and payment plan discussions
• Perform daily cash management: deposits, Moneris, e-transfers, copay payments, and cash posting
• Post cash receipts, resolve chargebacks, and investigate billing discrepancies
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts and ensure compliance with billing procedures and regulations
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Provide general administrative support (phones, emails, filing, mail)
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Perform ad hoc accounts receivable duties as required

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role (pharmacy experience an asset)
• Experience with cash applications and collections preferred
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of billing procedures and regulatory requirements
• Experience with Sage and Kroll systems considered an asset

$27 / hour
