Job SummaryUpstaff Employment Services is currently seeking an experienced Accountant with strong proficiency in Quick Books Online to support a busy manufacturing and distribution plant in Scarborough. The ideal candidate is mature, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage invoices using Quick Books Online
- Upload invoices to the company's 3PL system for timely processing
- Issue purchase orders to the warehouse team to streamline order fulfillment
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure workflow efficiency
- Demonstrate flexibility, including the ability to work remotely on occasion
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Quick Books Online (required)
- Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Team‑oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
- Professional demeanor with a mature and proactive approach to problem‑solving
