Major Responsibilities
· Participate in special projects and system testing· Perform various analyses and reconciliations
· Create checklists and procedure documentation
· Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
· Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)· Excellent communication skills
· Planning and organization skills
· Deadline focused and results oriented
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, and Access
* · Experience in a call center, collections agency, collection of receivables*
Education
· Working towards a College or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent* Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset
