Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator
Our client, located in the West End of Toronto, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Administrator for a 3–4 month contract with strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role. This position requires an immediate start and working in‑office 5 days per week.
Role Overview50/50 split role supporting both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in both areas and be comfortable managing day‑to‑day transactional accounting activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (50%)
- Set up and maintain new vendors
- Support employee expenses, including company credit cards
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve AP‑related inquiries
Accounts Receivable (50%)
- Perform cash applications
- Support additional AR functions as needed
- Assist with maintaining accurate AR records
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end AP and AR processes
- SAP experience is a strong nice‑to‑have
- Experience with Concur is an asset
- Open to candidates from any industry
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
