has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Administrator at our Downtown Toronto office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation including journal entries Maintain bank working papers with supplementary backups for audit trail purposes Coordinate and communicate effectively with accounts payable/revenue accountant/operations to ensure that bank discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner Ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed Other ad hoc reports and tasks as needed Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with experience in Property Management preferred Proficient Excel skills;
Yardi Voyageur systems an asset Self-directed and takes initiative Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment Punctual, strong verbal and oral communication skills Strong prioritization and time management skills Detail-oriented and organized Salary range is between $45k to $52k.
