CA $70,000.00/yr - CA $80,000.00/yr

• Oversee the Infrastructure Vendor Management process from start to finish
• Manage the Infrastructure Vendor Management inbox and process new vendor setup requests
• Review and validate new vendor request forms; perform callbacks to the internal business contact requesting payment, as well as external vendors
• Monitor the vendor database in Excel for status of new vendor setup or vendor changes; expedite overdue approvals and setup within Microsoft Dynamics

• Monitor the Accounts Payable Approval Workflow in Microsoft Dynamics, for status and expedite any aged or overdue invoices
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and troubleshooting of invoices
• Collaborate with invoice approvers to meet urgent payment deadlines
• Coordinate with internal business units and/or external vendors on aging items and queries
• Prepare and schedule weekly AP workflow and payment status reports
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership on implementing effective and efficient processes

• Ad hoc projects

• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of vendor management, including setting up vendor accounts, monitoring vendor status, overdue accounts, identifying risks, and analyzing accounts
• Strong use of advanced Excel functions
