• The sanitation associate keeps the work site clean and free of debris.
• You will learn both sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Work with direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on a positive, friendly manner.
• Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

• Handling of pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, timelines, and a safe work environment.
• Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
• Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
• Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring, changing temperatures).
