Pay: $17/hour    Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials. Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.

Job Duties
*** Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
* Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
* Set routes with drivers.
* Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
* Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
* May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
* Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
* Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
* Assume other duties as assigned.

*** Not responsible for supervising employees.
** Minimum Requirements
**** Education & Experience
*** High School Diploma/GED
* 0+ years of experience required
** Preferred Requirements
*** No Preferred Education Required
** Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
* Basic computer skills.
* Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
* Problems encountered are simple, repetitive and generallly solved by clear directions and procedures.
* Follows standard procedures with no decision making involved.
* Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
* Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
* No additional competencies required.
** Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment
*** Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
* Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
