We are seeking an Application Developer / Software Engineer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex application environments while partnering closely with business and technical teams.

• Hybrid – Topeka, KS
• Must reside in Kansas or Missouri
• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. or
• 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST

• Analyze, develop, test, and support application enhancements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system design and integration
• Resolve defects and ensure application performance and reliability
• Maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards (NERC, SOX, 10 CFR 810)

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of application development experience
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Service Now) and Git Hub
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Databases: Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
• Front‑End: React, HTML
• APIs: REST
• Tools: Power BI, Automic, ODI, Go Anywhere (preferred)
