(6) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-11/30/2026. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
May assist other craft workers.
Daily travel to various job sites located in Shawnee, Jefferson counties in Kansas.
Work hours:
8‑hour workday, 7:00 AM‑7:00 PM. 40 hr/week, Mon‑Fri.
Optional employer‑provided housing at $125.00 per week or $250.00 per pay period. Per diem, health, dental and vision life insurance (deduction depends on plan).
Workers responsible for transportation to the designated pick‑up location in Topeka, KS. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Topeka, KS.
Eligibility for H2B labor certification.
Credentials Needed- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
