What You'll Do

• Lead pipe fitting projects, water meter repairs, new service installations, and ditch work
• Set up grade lasers, maintain a clean and safe job site, ensure equipment is secured daily
• Collaborate with equipment operators and excavation managers to ensure project efficiency
• Organize and load tools, supplies, and construction materials for transport to various worksites
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper setup of ladders and barriers

What You Bring

• 2+ years plumbing experience with a valid Journeyman License
• Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, hold 30 lbs overhead, and work in confined spaces and varying weather
• Reliability with a track record of punctuality and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with small hand tools and willingness to engage in on‑the‑job training for new technologies
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
