• Evidence of education and learning, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in actual commercial and farm lending, agricultural and commercial, C & I lending preferred
• Other progressive advancements in banking career evidence helpful

• Evidence of agricultural knowledge desired
