• Must be 18+ years of age; 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• Valid state driver’s license or other acceptable proof of identity (if required for the location)
