What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop strategic plans for staffing, performance management, and team engagement across multiple locations
  • Conduct weekly store visits to ensure compliance with operational standards and promote guest satisfaction
  • Build and nurture a strong leadership team through effective hiring, training, and coaching
  • Analyze financial reports and monitor sales, expenses, and inventory control to drive profitability

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years of retail experience, particularly in restaurant general management
  • Successful completion of the District Manager in Training (DMIT) program
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent team-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1-3 years of multi‑unit experience in a convenience store or restaurant environment
  • Willingness to relocate as needed for the position
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in food service management and safety standards
  • Clean driving record with the ability to travel extensively between locations
