Falcon Farms is one of the most recognized names in the floriculture industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic Flower Merchandiser to visit stores across our territory, ensuring every display is vibrant, well-stocked, and reflective of our brand.

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 am–1:00 pm;
  Saturday 7:00 am–8:30 am.
• Paid training in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement for each route.

• Daily Commitment: Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive; restock and organize inventory; communicate with supervisors via mobile device; interact professionally with staff and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons: Prepare stores for high-demand dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Department Resets: Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
• Teamwork: While independent, provide assistance to teammates for special activities.

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability during peak season (November to May).
