Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology at 2020 Companies. You will join as a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative who represents leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. You will execute a wide range of in-store tasks to support technology product displays and merchandising.
Location and ScheduleLocation:
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average; paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.
Schedule:
Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required.
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
- Following planograms and client-specific directives.
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Completing necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job/assignment.
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conducting break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
- Participating in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people; providing solution feedback.
- Managing virtual software and ensuring timely execution of related tasks.
- Supporting other team members as needed and working independently to meet deadlines.
- Accurate timecard submission and daily reporting of anomalies.
- Assisting with training and certification programs as required.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Age / Eligibility:
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. - Availability:
Flexible Monday–Friday with weekend/holiday availability as needed; minimum 20 hours of fieldwork per rolling 30 days. - Physical Abilities:
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform kneeling, bending, and overhead reaching. - Adaptability:
Able to adjust to a variety of tasks and work environments. - Communication:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; proficient with using a smartphone to clock in/out, upload photos, and access applications. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience helpful but not required. - Experience:
Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms (POG). - Technology:
Must own an Android or iOS device to upload photos/data; able to navigate multiple platforms independently. - Training:
Complete all training assignments within designated time frames; able to work both collaboratively and autonomously. - Transportation and Travel:
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment. - Leadership & Communication:
Professional communication and leadership skills; able to work autonomously with strong time management and reporting capabilities.
- $17.50 per hour, depending on location and candidate experience.
- Next-day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
