As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team you will keep shelves stocked and maintain the operations and sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers so members always have ready‑to‑sell products. In the deli department you’ll be the front‑line of customer service, using your smile to create great shopping experiences.

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Follow company safety standards, including safety sweeps and forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle merchandising presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Comply with food handling policies, operating equipment, and cold chain procedures.
• Report safety, equipment, or operation issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
