The Gardens at Aldersgate is seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our Dietary Services team. This role is essential in supporting the daily nutritional needs of our residents by maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment and assisting with meal service. • Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dish room, and dining areas according to sanitation and infection control standards
• Assist dietary staff with meal preparation, tray setup, delivery, and pickup as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines at all times
• Properly dispose of trash and recycling
• Assist with stocking supplies and putting away deliveries
• Support dietary staff to ensure residents receive meals timely and accurately

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or dishwashing is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
