• Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests – greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
• Follow Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to serve fresh, quality food
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions – Front Counter, Drive Through, or Kitchen
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment

• Friendly and helpful team members
• Operations experience is a plus
• Some high school
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements (acquired at your expense)

Work area can be hot with steam; standing for long periods is common. You may lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, and reach across counters up to 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noisy. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
