Job Description

• Answer multiple phone lines
• Schedule appointments
• Prepare and maintain medical charts and other hospital records
• Direct flow of patients from curbside to hospital and return
• Direct hospital admission and release of patients
• Compute and maintain individual billing records, collect payment
• Balance financial stations at end of day and prepare deposit
• Monitor COVID screening of staff daily

Successful applicant will possess excellent customer relations skills, computer proficiency, and extreme accuracy. Two Saturdays monthly are required. Must love animals and be comfortable working in close proximity to them. Medical knowledge is an asset. N95 mask and face shield are required all day. We encourage college students to apply.
