We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team.

At Pathway, our LPN provides direct physical and emotional support to children in residential treatment for mental/behavioral health concerns. The nursing staff participate in children’s care as part of a multidisciplinary team. LPNs perform initial and on‑going assessments; coordinate medication management care; conduct nursing education groups; respond to physical wellness concerns of residents. Nursing staff act as a consultant with direct care staff and doctors in assisting with the physical wellbeing of our children.

Licensure in Kansas is required.

In‑office position.

Schedule may be flexible and determined in collaboration with the Lead Nurse and facility administration to cover all needs of a 24/7 residential facility.

Must be 21 years of age and 3 years older than the oldest resident.

Must have a valid driver’s license, meet agency underwriting standards while driving agency or personal vehicle to transport clients, and have drivers’ insurance.

Must be eligible for credentialing with Kansas Medicaid for billing needs.
